Conestee
The Lake Conestee Eco-Research Park is a unique, environmentally sustainable
office park set within a 200-acre greenway and preserve. The compact, clustered
building campus minimizes the land disturbance while maximizing the pedestrian
experience for the users. It is anticipated that all of the buildings will
be US Green Building Council LEED Certified and will have a strong design
emphasis on maximized daylighting, energy efficiency, emphasis on sustainably
produced materials, rain water harvesting, and landscaping with native plant
communities.
