Hartsville:
This adaptive reuse of a 1903 commercial building incorporates residential
lofts over retail space in down town Hartsville. A recipient of a SC Department
of Archives and History award in 2008, this building represents a unique
restoration of a pressed tin façade structure while providing new economic
vitality through the new loft dwellings.
