West Prentiss Street...Greenville SC
This urban infill project within a mile of the central business district of Greenville, was completed this spring and is almost completely sold out. Green design strategies for these narrow urban lots relate primarily to energy efficiency, use of sustainable building materials, and most notably the careful site design which preserves several notable Beech trees and maintains current surface drainage patterns while improving the storm water quality through the implementation of a small rain garden.
