Queen Street:

Through collaboration with Homes of Hope and Overstreet Studio, Johnston Design Group provided innovative, low cost housing that strengthened the social fabric of the community through appropriate density and front porch design. Architectural cues are drawn from existing housing in west Greenville, while sensitive planning preserved open space and the existing hardwood tree canopy. Energy conservation features include radiant heat barriers; appropriate overhang design; and energy efficient lighting and appliances.
