This urban infill project is designed to be LEED certified and consists of a new mixed-use building and the renovation of an adjacent, bow-truss structure. The mixed-use building includes over 15,000 s.f. of new commercial space, covered parking and 2 floors of condominiums.

Additionally, Main and Allen features a penthouse level with luxury urban dwellings and expansive roof terraces. The building amenities include a large commercial kitchen with an adjacent event space and roof terrace, and work out room.

Green building strategies are a green roof with water efficient landscaping, optimal energy performance of building systems, use of regional and certified building materials and maximizing day lighting opportunities.
