Llyn Strong Building:
This project included the restoration of a historic façade on a building on Main Street in Greenville SC.

The building features a well-established gallery and a new loft-style residence above for the gallery owner. The project involved the coordination and safeguarding of the gallery space while constructing the innovative and contemporary dwelling above. The loft-space features a denatured alcohol custom fireplace, gallery-inspired display spaces in the kitchen and living area, a spa-like master suite and dramatic roof terrace accessed by an over-head, rolling industrial garage door.
