Restoration of the historic Woodside Cotton Mill (circa 1908) into retail, office and residential space, now known as Cotton Mill Place.
Cotton Mill Place design features include exhibit space in its exterior landscaped loggia for its artist occupants, on-site dining and residential and commercial terraces and balconies. Historic smokestacks, cast iron bell, and the water tower (now used s the project landmark sign) were retained. The project design phasing includes more unit development, a nature walking path, and the Water Tower Bark Park.
