Columbia Area Mental Health Facility:
As sustainable design consultant to the SC Department of Mental Health, Johnston Design Group facilitated building program and design strategies to maximize occupant wellness while decreasing facility operating costs through energy conservation measures. The project is in the design phase of LEED-NC certification review and is seeking LEED Silver certification.
