Conestee Park Master Plan:
The Lake Conestee Eco-Research Park is a unique, environmentally sustainable office park set within a 200-acre greenway and preserve. The compact, clustered amenity areas minimize the land disturbance while maximizing the pedestrian experience for the users. It is anticipated that the Nature Center will be certified through the Living Building Challenge and will have a strong design emphasis on maximizing daylighting, energy efficiency, emphasis on sustainably produced materials, rain water harvesting, and landscaping with native plant communities.
