The West End Market:
A 40,000 square
foot historic warehouse located within the historic West End of Greenville
SC that has been renovated to accommodate retail and office space. New design
features include a glass-sided, free-standing elevator tower, a dramatic
central atrium with natural day lighting, a covered arcade facing the popular
Falls Park, and a restaurant pavilion featuring a statue of local legend,
Shoeless Joe Jackson.
This project proved a catalyst for the successful urban renewal of Greenville’s West End Historic District.
