Portfolio - Environmentally Sustainable Architecture Historic Preservation

14 South Main Street
Circa 1898, this downtown historic building has been renovated to accommodate offices, retail and condominium space. The facade has been restored to its original historic appearance. The interior finishes were restored, salvaged doors were installed and a central, naturally lighted atrium core provides gathering space for the building occupants.

The unique urban condominium on the third floor has restored wood floors, masonry walls, and a new expansive roof terrace addition.
