12 East Stone Avenue:
This building is a significant example of residential architecture of the 1920’s - representing American Four Square and Prairie influences. As the city prospered, this residence deteriorated as the neighborhood transformed to commercial activities. Through an adaptive reuse approach, it was converted to new and economically viable uses while the significant architectural features were respected and preserved.
