101 Augusta Street: An adaptive reuse of an early 20th century building into office and retail spaces. Sun shading of the large storefront windows is achieved with custom designed metal fins and oversized louvers.

Interior wood flooring and masonry were restored. Secondary entrances were added to the back, landscapes alley-way.
