Flat Rock Theater on Main:
Through a collaborative effort involving the Fazio family and the Flat Rock Theater, the former Mainstay building will be reborn as Flat Rock theater’s first ever venue in downtown Hendersonville. Utilizing the character of the building’s historic bow string truss, the vision is to offer a flexible, black box theater setting which can ultimately support a 250 seat house. This innovative adaptive reuse of this storefront will serve to invigorate the activity and economic vitality of the south end of Main Street, Hendersonville.
