Customer Service Center

This facility integrates the customer service and operations functions of the Duke Energy Greenwood operations in one, seamless facility. The design pioneered energy conserving concepts such as integrated daylighting design, high efficiency lighting and lighting controls, passive shading techniques, high performance glazing, and high efficiency air cooled chiller technology. The customer service function offers a comfortable day lit lobby with display opportunities as well as a community room that can operate independently after hours.
